A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email or dispatch the goods.

Section 5 – Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

Export prices are shown net of Colombian taxes, as the seller is not a VAT collector under the current tax regulations in Colombia.

The buyer is solely responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, destination VAT, or administrative charges that may be imposed by the authorities of the destination country during customs clearance. The seller has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount in advance.

Shipping fees may also apply and will be displayed separately during checkout.

Payment must be made using the payment methods offered in the shop.

Section 6 – Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within Colombia and to selected international destinations in LATAM.

Estimated delivery times are indicated in the relevant product offer or checkout process.

We bear the shipping risk until the goods are delivered to you or to a person authorized by you to receive them.

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Full details are provided in our cancellation policy.

Section 8 – Retention of Title

All goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

We are fully liable in cases involving intent or gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations and only up to the amount of foreseeable damage.
