Return Window

You have up to 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must remain in their original condition: unworn, unused, and with all tags attached, where applicable. A valid proof of purchase is also required.

Important Information

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • A prepaid return label is not automatically included.
  • Returns sent without a prior request cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and work toward a solution.

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Sale items
  • Gift vouchers

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not available. If you would like a different item, please return the original purchase first and then place a new order separately.

Colombia – 5-Day Right of Withdrawal

For orders within Colombia, the statutory 5-day right of withdrawal applies, without the need to provide a reason.

Items must remain in their original condition, including tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required, and return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued within 10 business days using the original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact info@bottevo.com.
